Meet Dr. Niki Patel
Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician
Patel Medical & Aesthetics is led by Dr. Niki Patel, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience caring for adult patients.
Dr. Patel's medical background has given him the opportunity to see healthcare from multiple perspectives — from caring for hospitalized patients to managing chronic disease and practicing outpatient preventive medicine.
One lesson became increasingly clear:
Too much healthcare happens after something has already gone wrong.
High blood pressure may go unnoticed.
Blood sugar gradually rises.
Cholesterol gets ignored.
Preventive screenings get postponed.
Weight increases.
Patients become busy taking care of their careers, businesses and families while their own health moves farther down the priority list.
Primary care gives us an opportunity to change that trajectory.
